2. Are RematiX perfumes long-lasting?
Yes. Our perfumes are crafted using high-quality fragrance oils to ensure strong projection and long-lasting performance, depending on skin type and usage.
3. Are your perfumes inspired by branded fragrances?
Yes, some of our perfumes are inspired by popular international fragrances, but they are blended uniquely to match Indian weather and preferences.
4. Are RematiX perfumes original?
Yes. All RematiX perfumes are original products manufactured by RematiX and are not counterfeit or fake.
5. Are the perfumes suitable for men and women?
We offer Men, Women, and Unisex fragrances. Product details are mentioned clearly on each product page.
6. How should I apply perfume for best results?
For best performance, spray perfume on pulse points like the neck, wrists, behind the ears, and inner elbows. Avoid rubbing after spraying.
7. How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available on selected pin codes. Availability will be shown at checkout.
9. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
10. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the hygienic nature of perfumes, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product is opened or used.
11. What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video or photos.
12. Are your perfumes safe for skin?
Our perfumes are made using industry-standard ingredients. However, if you have sensitive skin, we recommend doing a patch test before regular use.

Store perfumes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain fragrance quality.
